Lockdown here in Australia has been like living groundhog day without the groundhog.

Remember times when we looked forward to things? They’re coming back! So time to brush your hair and find some clean clothes because life is coming back.

1) Why

Why is it worth bothering? Remember how good life was when you had some dreams and ambitions. What drove those? Maybe it’s not the same now, but there are real joyful benefits in moving forward, we’ve just forgotten them.

2) Self-Belief

Most people lose their confidence when they stop challenging themselves. Stop listening to the negative voice in your head and think about how amazing you’ve been during this time. Two years ago you never knew you could cope with all you’ve been through. But you have. And you may well have found extra resources in yourself to help others do so too. Pat on the back time, I reckon.

3) Dare To Dream

How many holidays have you booked and had to cancel or postpone? A few. Have you got friends and relatives oversees you’ve been parted from? It’s time to make plans again. Have you decided you love your job and want to step up? Do it! Have you found you hate it and want another? Go for it

It’s a brand new day – feel the breeze on your face and the sun on your back and start enjoying your life again. You deserve it.
