When a company culture is focussed on perfectionism,
- Productivity is poor because time is wasted perfecting where it’s not necessary and where the time would be better spent on a new venture/progressing other work
- Opportunities are missed because of imposter syndrome and
- Net profit is low due to cost of staff replacement and re-training and inefficiencies due to leaders being stuck on the tools.
